This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how orders placed through www.svghhealthcare.com are processed and delivered by SVGH Health Care Pvt. Ltd.
By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to serviceable locations across India.
Delivery availability may depend upon:
- PIN code serviceability
- Courier availability
- Applicable courier restrictions
- Local regulations
- Product availability
- Operational circumstances
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the destination is not serviceable or if delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us for non-serviceability, an eligible refund will be initiated.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after successful order confirmation.
Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to verification through:
- Telephone
- SMS
- OTP
- Other reasonable verification methods
Orders are ordinarily processed within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability, order verification, holidays and operational conditions.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery will generally be attempted within approximately:
3–7 business days for most serviceable locations in India.
Certain remote, rural, difficult-to-service or special-zone locations may require additional time.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Website or communicated by us are estimates and should not be treated as an absolute guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances including:

- Logistics congestion

6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.
COD availability may depend upon:

- PIN code
- Order value
- Customer order history
- Risk verification
- Operational restrictions
SVGH Health Care reserves the right, where legally permissible, to require prepaid payment for certain orders or locations if COD services are unavailable or where reasonable fraud-prevention concerns exist.
7. Order Confirmation
Customers should provide an accurate:

- Mobile number
- House/flat/shop number
- Street/locality
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Landmark where necessary
We may contact the customer to verify order or address information before dispatch.
Failure to complete necessary verification may result in delayed dispatch or cancellation of the order.
8. Shipment Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, shipment tracking information may be communicated through one or more of the following:
- SMS
- Website/account
- Courier tracking link
Tracking information may take some time after dispatch to become active in the courier's system.
9. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make delivery attempts according to their own operational procedures.
The courier may contact the customer by phone or SMS before or during a delivery attempt.
Customers should ensure that:
- The provided mobile number is active;
- Someone is available to receive the shipment; and
- The delivery address is accurate and accessible.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
SVGH Health Care will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned because of an:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect PIN code
- Incomplete address
- Invalid telephone number
- Customer unavailability
- Customer refusal
- Failure to respond to delivery attempts
we may contact the customer regarding re-dispatch.
Additional re-shipping charges may apply where permitted by law and appropriate in the circumstances.
11. Address Changes After Order Placement
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if a delivery address needs to be changed.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be modified after an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the courier partner.
Once dispatched, an address change may be subject to courier restrictions and additional charges, if applicable.
12. Damaged Shipment
If a courier package appears severely damaged, torn, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should take reasonable precautions and document the condition of the shipment.
If a damaged package is accepted and the product inside is found damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photographs of the outer package
- Photograph of shipping label
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Unboxing video, where available
The matter will be handled under our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.
13. Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If courier tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received by you or an authorised recipient, please contact us promptly.
We may initiate an investigation with the relevant courier partner.
Customers may be requested to provide reasonable information or confirmation required by the courier for the investigation.
Any replacement or refund will be determined after verification and in accordance with applicable law.
14. Lost Shipment
Where a courier partner confirms that a shipment has been lost in transit, we may, subject to verification and stock availability:
- Re-dispatch the order; or
- Process an eligible refund.
The customer will not ordinarily be charged again where the loss occurred while the shipment was under the control of our authorised logistics provider.
15. Cash on Delivery Refusal and RTO
An order may be returned to origin (“RTO”) if delivery fails due to:
- Customer refusal
- Customer being unavailable
- Invalid contact details
- Incorrect address
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Failure to complete COD acceptance
Repeated refusal of genuine confirmed COD orders may result in future COD orders being restricted and prepaid payment being required, subject to applicable law.
16. Partial Shipment
In certain circumstances, an order containing multiple products may be dispatched in more than one shipment.
Where this occurs:
- Separate tracking details may be provided;
- Packages may arrive on different dates; and
- The customer will not be considered to have received the entire order merely because one package has been delivered.
17. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to:
- Offer an alternative where appropriate;
- Dispatch available items separately with customer agreement; or
- Cancel and refund the unavailable item.
We will not substitute a materially different product without customer consent.
18. Packaging
Products are packed using reasonable measures intended to protect them from ordinary handling and transit conditions.
Packaging appearance may occasionally change without affecting the underlying product, quantity or quality, including where updated labels or packaging versions are introduced in accordance with applicable requirements.
19. Courier Partners
Orders may be fulfilled using third-party courier, postal, logistics or fulfilment providers selected based on location, serviceability and operational requirements.
We may use different logistics partners for different orders.
Once a shipment has entered the courier network, certain operational aspects of delivery are controlled by the courier provider; however, our customer-support team will make reasonable efforts to assist with genuine delivery issues.
20. Force Majeure
SVGH Health Care shall not be responsible for delays or failure of delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, civil disturbances, strikes, extreme weather or similar events.
This clause does not affect rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
